A Lubec native. She, and her husband, Paul, resident in South Lubec, Maine. Here they own and operate a small hobby farm.
Debra flirted with local art many years ago but lost interest with the pressures of work and raising a family. After 25 years, her inspiration returned, and during the quiet months of winter, 2010, began painting again. Some of her paintings reflect her love of winter’s solitude, but all reflect the beauty of Downeast Maine.
Friends and family refer to her as “The Winter Painter.”
