About the Author/Illustrator: This is HEATHER AUSTIN’s second book. A Maine native and graduate of Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine, Austin received her bachelor of fine arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. She spent ten years teaching art in the Holden and Eddington, Maine, schools. She now resides in Dallas, Georgia.
